Q. Where can I view the videos in the application?
A. The app has been specially designed to allow us to continually update the app with info, tips and training from Phil. To do this, the videos are streamed directly meaning you always get the freshest content. This means you need a wi-fi or cellular data connection.
Q. Do I need a data connection to use the app?
A. Within The Training Zone and Changing Room sections, video is streamed, which means you need a wi-fi or cellular connection.
Q. On cellular are the videos lower quality?
A. Yes, as cellular networks are limited in bandwidth, the videos are delivered to highest quality possible. It is recommended to let the video download before watching. We also recommend you watch using a 3G network.
